Job Responsibilities:

This is not an exhaustive list. Employees must follow instructions and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Meet all requirements of Approved Autism Evaluation Center (AAEC) for diagnostic services.
• Provide diagnostic assessments and recommend treatment for language, communication, and oral-motor disorders.
• Deliver speech and language therapy based on individual needs.
• Lead and consult with staff for skill development.
• Provide oral-motor and feeding diagnostics and treatments.
• Assess and coordinate augmentative/assistive communication technology.
• Maintain accurate clinical and billing records.
• Keep supervisors informed of clinical issues.
• Stay updated on research and techniques in the field.
• Participate in quality assurance and program evaluation activities.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or equivalent, or CFY candidate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license as per company policy.
• 2-5 years of experience with children and adolescents.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
