Job summary

Cole Pediatric Therapy in Humble, TX is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive outpatient clinic. Open to hiring part‑time employee with guaranteed hours or Pay Per Visit or Contractor/PRN

Two ways to join our team:

1. A Part‑time Employee with a guaranteed hourly rate. For a part‑time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position the hourly rate is based on years of experience and ranges from $33‑$41/hour – hours are Guaranteed and it is W‑2 position. Must work at least 20 hours/week to get benefits.

2. Pay Per Visit (PPV) – this is a W2 position with a higher hourly rate than the guaranteed hourly position $50‑$76/hour, but you are only paid when you are with a patient. Comes with benefits if at least 20 hours/week.

CCC‑SLP with 1 year of Pediatric Experience (can be during your CFY or Graduate internships)

MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language pathologist (see requirements below)

Schedule: Flexible on times and days but 3pm or later is greatest need

Qualified Candidates for this Speech Therapy position shall have the following:

  • Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy
  • Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
