Cole Pediatric Therapy Humble is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric team in Humble, TX. The role requires a Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology and experience with pediatric populations.

Three employment models are available: guaranteed hourly W-2, Pay-Per-Visit with benefits, or 1099 contractor with a higher session rate. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on learning and growth.

Clinical Fellow (CF) SLP or CCC-SLP. MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language pathologist(see requirements below)

Three ways to join our team:

1. Employee with a guaranteed hourly rate.The hourly rate is based on years of experience and ranges from $33-$41/hour - hours are Guaranteed and it is W-2 position. Must work at least 20 hours/week to get benefits.

2. Employee Pay Per Visit (PPV)- this is a W2 position with a higher hourly rate than the guaranteed hourly position $50-$76/hour, but you are only paid when you are with a patient. Comes with benefits if at least 20 hours/week.

3. Contractor/PRNwhich is a 1099 position and is paid at $30/30 minute session($60/hour) and $80/evaluations. No benefits.

Hours/Schedule:

Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional 5 day/8 hours; can do 4–9-hour days & a one-half-day Friday OR 4–10-hour days)

Qualified Candidates for this Speech Therapy position shall have the following:

• Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (Can be during student internships or as a CF)
