Job summary

Cole Pediatric Therapy Humble 2.0 is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). The role offers two pay structures: guaranteed hourly rate ($33-$41/hour, 20 hours/week minimum for benefits) or pay-per-visit ($50-$76/hour) with benefits at 20 hours/week. Texas license required; CF/Intern or CCC-SLP eligible.

Qualifications

  • Texas license in Speech Language Pathology required or eligible for CF/Intern/CCC-SLP.
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric SLP services to a diverse patient population.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans and goals.
  • Collaborate with OT/PT/BCBA and other team members.
  • Mentor CF/Interns and support clinical training.

Clinical Fellow (CF) SLP/Intern or CCC-SLP. MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language pathologist (see requirements below)

Two ways to join our team:

Employee with a guaranteed hourly rate. The hourly rate is based on years of experience and ranges from $33-$41/hour - hours are Guaranteed and it is W-2 position. Must work at least 20 hours/week to get benefits.

2. Employee Pay Per Visit (PPV) - this is a W2 position with a higher hourly rate than the guaranteed hourly position $50-$76/hour, but you are only paid when you are with a patient. Comes with benefits if at least 20 hours/week.

Hours/Schedule:

Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional 5 day/8 hours; can do 4–9-hour days & a one-half-day Friday OR 4–10-hour days)

Cole Pediatric Therapy Humble 2.0 is growing clinic so we want new clinicians that are hungry to learn and experienced clinicians that are willing to mentor. We have both an AAC team and a feeding team – therapists that specialize in these areas of practice and meet regularly to discuss cases, review current research, and develop their skillset. We are committed to a multi-disciplinary model of care and encourage collaboration between our Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists and we embrace teamwork.

Qualified Candidates for this Speech Therapy position shall have the following:

  • Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (Can be during student internships or as a CF)
  • Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
  • Passion for changing the lives of others
