Job summary

Cole Health in Spring-Klein, TX is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative outpatient clinic. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support children and families, guided by a structured Journeys Program that offers mentorship and growth pathways.

Compensation Options - Part-time or Fulltime positions -

We offer multiple ways to join based on your preferences and career goals:

W-2 / Hourly Positions:

• SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000–$85,000 annually
• Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000–$90,000 annually

W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):

• SLP: $50–$76/hour (Based on experience and bilingual status)

• 4x9s + half-day Friday
