Job summary

Cole Health in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP only) to join a collaborative pediatric team. You’ll conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to help children communicate effectively.

This role offers mentorship across disciplines, ongoing CEU support, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits including medical, PTO, and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification with pediatric experience.
• Active Texas SLP license.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.

Position Details

• Compensation:$70,000 – $90,000 annually
• Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Friday
• Productivity: Manageable expectations (26/40 hours direct care)

Your Role as an SLP

What You Bring
