Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) in New Jersey. You will complete a 36-week CF under supervision, meet licensure requirements, and assist in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders.

You will work within a multidisciplinary rehab team to develop patient-centered plans, document progress, and ensure high-quality care for residents across settings. State licensure is required upon completion.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or similar.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• SLP-CF must complete a minimum of 36 weeks Clinical Fellowship while being supervised and mentored by a licensed, ASHA certified SLP.
• Must complete all requirements for provisional licensure, if applicable to the state.
• Communicates status of Fellowship and licensure to supervisor and Rehab Director in a timely manner.
• Maintains documentation for Fellowship, licensure, and CCC attainment and progression of plan of care.
• Develops and implements treatment plans across cognitive-communication, speech, swallowing, and related areas.
