Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality therapy to residents in a leading SNF. Clinical Fellows are welcome.

Candidates must have an ASHA-accredited SLP program, Colorado license, and be prepared for the national exam; CPR may be required. Proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care is preferred. The position pays $46–$50/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an ASHA-accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active Colorado SLP license required.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
• CPR as requested.
• Successfully completed national examination in SLP approved by the HHS Secretary.
