Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a $5,000 bonus. You will join an inter-disciplinary team providing speech therapy to residents in a leading SNF, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires a Colorado license, ASHA-accredited program, CPR as needed, and experience in post-acute or long-term care where possible. Casamba and Point Click Care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech Program by ASHA.
• Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred).
• Current, unencumbered, active Colorado Speech Therapist License (required).
• CPR (as requested).

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services to residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in Casamba/Point Click Care.

Skylake Post Acute is hiring a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ***5K Bonus!!**

Shift: Full-Time

Successful Candidate:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech Program by ASHA.

Successfully completed a national examination in SLP approved by the HHS Secretary. Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Rate Range $46-$52/hour

***5K Bonus- $1250 paid out Quarterly***
