Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, CO, is hiring full-time RNs for day and evening shifts. You will provide direct RN nursing care in a skilled nursing unit, supervise nurse assistants, and administer medications and treatments to residents.

We value candidates with an active Colorado RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to pass state background checks. SNF experience is a plus, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check.
