Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology is required.
• Current state's SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA CCC required within 2 years of hire.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and provides treatment programs to meet patient-specific goals.
• Assesses the patient’s response to treatment and adjusts plans as needed.
• Maintains patient records according to documentation standards.
• Meets productivity levels including access to care and patient experience metrics.
• Assists in program development and enhancement to meet patient and community needs.
• Adapts communication to diverse patient populations and privacy expectations.
