Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology required.
• Current state license to practice or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA CCC certification within 2 years of hire; BLS from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and provides treatment programs to facilitate patient-specific goals.
• Assesses patient response and adjusts treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintains patient records according to documentation standards.
• Meets productivity and quality metrics set by administration.
• Assists in program development to meet patient and community needs.
• Adapts communication and care to diverse patient populations.
