Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current speech pathologist license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure by examination.
• ASHA Certification/CCC expected within 2 years of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and provides treatment programs to facilitate patient-specific goals.
• Assesses patient response to treatment and adjusts plans as needed.
• Maintains patient records according to standards and policies.
• Meets productivity levels and contributes to access to care and quality metrics.
• Assists in program development to meet patient and community needs.
