Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology, a state license or eligibility, and ASHA CCC within 2 years. Strong communication, judgment and travel between facilities are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology.
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in state of practice or eligibility by examination/reciprocity (including BLS).
• ASHA CCC required within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and provides inpatient speech therapy per physician orders.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to determine most appropriate post-acute or home care.
• Maintains patient records according to standards and contributes to safety/quality targets.
• Adapts communication and treatment to diverse patient populations across care settings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
