Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based positions in Arvada, CO. In this role, you’ll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

The position is full-time for the 2026-2027 school year, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and competitive pay up to $45/hour. W-2 employment includes liability insurance, healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Colorado CDE authorization/certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals.
• Implement therapy plans and activities developed by the supervising SLP.
• Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams.
• Assist with preparing therapy materials and supporting student engagement.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with school documentation requirements.
