Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant for a school-based position in Minneapolis, MN. You will provide direct therapy under the supervision of an SLP, assist with implementing treatment plans, and document student progress to meet IEP goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, an SLPA license or eligibility, and a DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

About the Role:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). You'll support the implementation of treatment plans, deliver direct therapy, and help students build the communication skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond. This role collaborates closely with SLPs, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current SLPA license or certification in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred:

• One year of experience in a school or pediatric setting
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education services
• Knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Experience supporting diverse student populations
