Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for a school-based role in Bemidji, MN. You will deliver direct speech therapy services to K-12 students under the supervision of an SLP, aligned with IEP goals, collaborating closely with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Current SLPA license or certification in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy services to students aligned with IEP goals under the supervision of an SLP.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting student progress toward established goals.
• Support the SLP in conducting screenings, data collection, and informal assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce communication strategies across environments.
• Maintain accurate and compliant therapy notes, service logs, and progress documentation.
• Prepare therapy materials and adapt activities to meet individual student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as appropriate.

Up to $2500 Placement & Completion Bonus | 2026-2027 SY | $28-$40/hour | Full-Time | Bemidji, MN | School-Based | MN SLPA License not required - eligibility to obtain

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current SLPA license or certification in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)

Preferred:

• One year of experience in a school or pediatric setting
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education services
• Knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Experience supporting diverse student populations
