Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based language and speech therapy services for 7–12 grade students in St. Paul, Minnesota. You will assess, plan, and deliver direct therapy aligned with IEP goals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Required: Minnesota State SLP and Educator License, DOJ/FBI Live Scan, and TB clearance. Benefits include CEU/license reimbursement and 401(k) with match, with a full-year benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or CSD from an accredited program.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Ability to conduct Speech Assessments in Spanish.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).

About the Role:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in 7-12 grade school settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred:

• One year of experience in speech therapy
• Department of Education certification
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
• Experience with school-based caseload management
