Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant for a school-based role in Greenwood, SC. This is a full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year, with W-2 employment and liability insurance included.

You’ll provide speech-language services to students in a K-12 setting under supervision, focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication while collaborating with teachers and maintaining documentation and progress notes.

Qualifications

• SC SLPA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting under supervision of an SLP
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals
• Partner with teachers to ensure carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and maintain communication with supervising SLP
