Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant for a school-based position in Irmo, SC. This is a full-time role (1.0 FTE) during the 2026-2027 school year, with a Monday-Friday schedule.

You will provide speech-language therapy under supervision, supporting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication in a classroom setting. The position welcomes both experienced and new SLPA colleagues seeking a rewarding school-based career.

Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina State SLPA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Partner with teachers to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
