Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to support K-12 students in Bemidji, MN under the supervision of an SLP. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver services aligned with IEP goals and collaborate with teachers and families to promote communication success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current SLPA license or certification in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy services to students aligned with IEP goals under the supervision of an SLP.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting student progress toward established goals.
• Support the SLP in conducting screenings, data collection, and informal assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce communication strategies across environments.
• Maintain accurate and compliant therapy notes, service logs, and progress documentation.
• Prepare therapy materials and adapt activities to meet individual student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as appropriate.
