Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a trained Speech Language Pathologist to provide K-12 speech therapy services in a Burlington, WI school setting. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students access their education.

The role requires a state SLP license and a Master’s in Communication Disorders, with strong communication skills and collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of service (or eligibility).
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals and deliver services.
  • Maintain accurate therapy notes and progress documentation.
  • Supervise SLPAs and monitor supervision hours when applicable.
