The hospital has earned multiple 5-star ratings and has been recognized among the Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals in the nation.At Logan Health, you will join a mission-driven organization that values teamwork, compassion, clinical excellence, and service to community.Minimum Qualifications* Current certification from the **American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)*** Current **Montana Speech-Language Pathology license**, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire* Graduate of an accredited **Speech-Language Pathology** program* **CPR/BLS for Healthcare Providers (AED)** required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire* Two or more years of experience in a relevant clinical setting preferred* Reliable internet connection for daily documentation and communication* Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record, if applicable to the role* Personal vehicle meeting state liability insurance requirements for business use* Strong organizational, critical thinking, and teamwork skills* Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software systemsKey Responsibilities* Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and social needs* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices* Conduct **Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)*** Deliver speech-language pathology services consistent with licensure and current best practices* Communicate and coordinate therapy services effectively within the interdisciplinary care team* Provide treatment in accordance with departmental standards, policies, and protocols* Complete patient admissions, discharge summaries, and daily progress notes* Establish measurable patient goals and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments* Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements* Participate in department and community-based initiatives that support rehabilitation services* Meet productivity expectations and maintain equipment appropriately* Uphold professional standards in Speech-Language Pathology and carry out provider orders* Respect and support patient diversity, privacy, and confidentiality* Notify the care team of significant changes in patient condition* Maintain consistent and reliable attendance as scheduledIf you are a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients, we encourage you to apply today and join the exceptional team at Logan Health.**Shift:**Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)**PRN, Day shift, 8-hour shifts**Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program.
