Mission Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate patients, develop care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary rehabilitation efforts. The role includes documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with care teams to ensure smooth transitions.

Off-site coverage may be required as needed within department scope. Qualified candidates hold a Masters in Speech Language Pathology, NC licensure, ASHA certification, and BLS; CFY/CCC-SLP

Competenze

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• North Carolina license to practice speech therapy is required.
• ASHA certification and BLS Healthcare Provider credentials are required.

Mansioni

• Evaluate patients and develop care plans to treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home strategies.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
