Starting Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 /year based on experience PLUS $5,000 Sign-on Bonus! Environment: Special Education Program, Elementary School

Responsibilities

1. Provide speech therapy to elementary students, including evaluations, IEP goal writing, and progress monitoring.
2. Employ age-appropriate therapy techniques tailored to each child's needs.
3. Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
4. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with policies and regulations.
5. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree in speech pathology or related field.
2. Current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
3. Experience with special education, autism, and emotional disturbances preferred.
4. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency with technology and documentation tools.
