Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services LLC is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based roles across Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year.

We offer Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with flexible placements, guaranteed pay, and a diverse caseload including PK–12, autism support, and specialized programs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to PK–12 students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Support students with articulation and phonological disorders, language needs, social/pragmatic communication, fluency, voice, and AAC needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
• Support students' communication skills across educational environments

Responsibilities may vary by placement but can include:
