Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year. We offer school-based roles with flexible caseloads, guaranteed pay, and placement matching to fit your interests and location.

Positions include Early Childhood through High School with PK–12 caseloads and diverse programs. Clinical Fellow opportunities are available with mentorship and supervision, and relocation assistance may apply where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP eligibility or CF-SLP/CFY considered.
• Active MA SLP license or eligibility required.
• DESE licensure for Speech-Language & Hearing Disorders or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language therapy to PK–12 students.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech and language skills.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy in individual or small-group formats.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary by placement but can include:

• Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to PK–12 students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments

  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Receptive and expressive language needs
  • Social/pragmatic communication
