Job summary
Boothby Therapy Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026–2027 school year across Maine. Opportunities are full-time, school-based, with guaranteed pay and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
Placements include PK–12 settings and specialized programs, with support through CF/CFY pathways. We welcome CCC-SLPs, Clinical Fellows, and experienced clinicians, offering strong mentorship, collaboration with OTs, PTs, and educators, and career development in a mission-driven
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- CCC-SLP eligibility or CF-SLP eligibility preferred.
- Active Maine SLP license or eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students across PK–12.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
- Deliver direct therapy in individual and small-group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, admins, families, and related service providers.
- Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.

Your compensation shouldn't depend on factors outside your control.
Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, depending on assignment, location, and experience.

- Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
- Support students with:
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Receptive and expressive language disorders
- Social/pragmatic communication
- Fluency disorders
- Voice disorders
- AAC and assistive communication needs
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
- Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
- Active Maine SLP License or eligibility
- School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
