Boothby Therapy Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based roles across Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 year. Roles include PK–12 caseloads with Early Childhood through High School placements and special programs. We offer flexible schedules, guaranteed pay, and strong clinical support.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities May Vary By Placement But Can Include

• Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to PK–12 students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
• Articulation and phonological disorders
• Receptive and expressive language needs
• Social/pragmatic communication
• Fluency disorders
• Voice disorders
• AAC and assistive communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students' communication skills across educational environments

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
• Active Massachusetts SLP License or eligibility
• DESE Educator License (Speech, Language & Hearing Disorders) or eligibility
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
