Job summary

Topaz HR is seeking dedicated SLP clinicians to support and develop students’ critical communication skills in school settings across Virginia. This in-person opportunity focuses on evaluating needs, designing individualized plans, and delivering engaging therapy to diverse children and families.

Located in Chesterfield, VA, the role is Full-Time or Part-Time, with pay between $45.00 and $71.00 per hour plus a Sign-On Bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and families.
• Experience with early intervention strategies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the speech and language needs of children.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve outcomes.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support children's development.
• Monitor and document students’ progress during therapy sessions.
• Support students in achieving their IEP goals.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking dedicated SLP clinicians to support and develop students’ critical communication skills. Your contributions will directlyimpactthe lives of diverse children and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.

Location: Chesterfield, VA
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Work Setting: In-Person (School-Based)
Compensation: $45.00 - $71.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the speech and language needs of children
