Job summary

A leading educational staffing agency is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for K–12 students across Virginia for the 2025-2026 school year. Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K–12 students across Virginia for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year.

Opportunities are available in remote, hybrid, and on-site settings throughout the state.

  • Fully remote positions are 1099 contract roles
  • Hybrid and on-site positions are W2 contract roles

In this role, the SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders while collaborating closely with educators, families, and school-based teams. Providers will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ communication skills and academic success.

Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K–12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families
  • Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, fluency, voice, and language needs
  • Monitor, track, and document student progress; adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain consistent communication with families and school personnel
  • Participate in school meetings, IEP meetings, and ongoing professional development (virtual or on-site, as applicable)
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Professional liability insurance required for remote roles
  • Experience working with K–12 students (middle school experience preferred)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
  • Knowledge of evidence-based speech-language pathology practices
  • Hourly pay starting at $50+, based on experience
  • Weekly direct deposit
