Job Summary

Speech Language Pathologist position. Provides speech and language services to children 0-5 and over 5, offering in‑clinic and teletherapy sessions. Works independently with weekly therapeutic and assessment responsibilities. Full‑time or part‑time schedules available.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluates the needs of children with speech or language disorders and provides written and verbal assessment results to families.
  • Meets with students weekly according to the treatment program schedule, evaluates and maintains records of the child’s progress.
  • Implements the Plan of Care and delivers weekly therapy sessions to each child.
  • Reports progress to parents, provides guidance for supplemental activities, and attends to any concerns or questions.
  • Conducts re‑evaluations annually to measure progress in line with professional guidelines.
  • Discusses program outcomes with students and parents, exploring feelings and frustrations about therapy.
  • Keeps up‑to‑date with professional literature and attends continuing education on a regular basis.
  • Reports directly to the Clinical Manager.
  • Completes all documentation promptly and in compliance with clinic policies.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Hearing ability sufficient to evaluate student speech.
  • Skill communicating verbally and in writing with students, faculty members, and parents to ensure mutual understanding of the program and progress.
Schedule and Compensation
  • Typical start time: 9:00AM.
  • Typical end time: varies.
  • Salary: $39.00 – $54.00 per hour.
  • Full time or part time available; flexible shifts and remote work options.
