Columbia Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric private practice in Vancouver, WA. The role supports 0–5 early intervention and older children, with a mix of in-clinic and teletherapy sessions, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate the needs of children with speech or language disorders and document outcomes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with families and school personnel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the needs of children with speech or language disorders and provides assessment results to families.
• Implements Plan of Care and provides weekly therapy sessions.
• Reports progress to parents and suggests activities to support therapy at home.
• Conducts re-evaluations on an annual basis to measure progress.
• Maintains documentation in a timely manner per clinic policies.
