Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in the Vallejo, CA area. Join a clinician-led team focused on building communication skills and classroom success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success
