Job summary

Topaz HR Advisory seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with speech and language needs in Vallejo, CA. This full-time position offers in-person and hybrid therapy options, competitive compensation, and a sign-on bonus.

You will assess and treat, develop individualized plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and educators to help students meet their IEP goals. The role provides strong clinical support and a pathway to meaningful student impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum one year of experience with pediatric clients.
• Experience with early intervention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children

• Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs

Position Overview

A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking dedicated SLP clinicians to support and develop students' critical communication skills. Your contributions will directlyimpactthe lives of diverse children and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.

Location: Vallejo, CA

Job Type: Full-Time

We participate in next generation blocks, standing in for a hull

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support children's development
• Monitor and document students' progress during therapy sessions
• Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students

Compensation & Benefits

• $55.00 - $90.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)+Sign-On Bonus
