Job summary

Best Home Health Providers, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy across the Bay Area and beyond.

The role involves evaluating patients, delivering therapy, and collaborating with a clinical team to optimize communication and quality of life. Requirements include a Master's/Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active CA SLP license, 1+ year of clinical experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active California SLP license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical SLP experience.
• Current CPR certification with AHA.
• Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans to address speech and language deficits.
• Deliver speech therapy using specialized techniques and equipment, and recommend communication devices when needed.
• Partner with referring physicians and the care team to ensure integrated, patient-centered treatment.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and goals.
• Participate in case conferences and care coordination meetings.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation per organization policy.
• Stay current in speech-language pathology practice and theory.
• Perform other duties as required for patient services.

Please note that this role is per diem with a rate of $150 per visit.
