Angels Care Home Health in Tahlequah, OK is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver therapeutic care in patients' homes. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, swallowing and cognitive disorders, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Requires a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, state licensure, CCC from ASHA, valid driver’s license, and 2 years’ acute care or rehab/home health experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-ASHA).
• Valid driver’s license.
