Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Enid, OK is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in‑home rehabilitation for patients with speech, language, swallowing and cognitive disorders, coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, current state licensure, CCC‑SLP, a valid driver’s license, and at least 2 years’ experience in acute care or rehab (home health preferred).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2 years’ experience in acute care or rehabilitation; home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides coordinated care to patients in their place of residence.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well being.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
