Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based in St. Louis, MO. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy sessions in clinic. The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to set goals, provide education, and support carryover of skills at home and in school. The Speech Language Pathologist will document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans, maintain compliance with professional and regulatory standards, and participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in Speech Therapy and Speech, with the ability to assess and treat a variety of pediatric communication needs.


• Experience working with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, including designing individualized, evidence-based intervention plans.


• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Missouri.


• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or active pursuit of CF supervision.


• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with children, caregivers, and team members, and to maintain accurate, timely documentation.
