Job summary

Flagship Therapy in St. George, UT, seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program serving geriatric clients. You will evaluate patients, plan and deliver therapy, and coordinate discharge summaries in a compliant setting.

The role welcomes new graduates and requires an active SLP license, with duties focused on evidence-based, patient-centered care and collaboration with the rehab team.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• New Grads are welcome to apply.

• Screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.

St. George Rehabilitation in St. George, UT , is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
