The Terrace at Mt Ogden in Ogden, UT, is seeking a Full Time Speech Language Pathologist to join its in-house therapy team. You will deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments for patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in a post-acute care setting.

The Terrace at Mt Ogden in Ogden, UT, is a post‑acute care facility with long‑term care, short‑term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We are seeking a Full Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our in‑house therapy team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• The role involves regular standing and walking throughout the facility and occasional lifting, transferring, and repositioning of patients and equipment. Physical demands vary throughout the day based on patient care needs.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
