St. George Rehabilitation in St. George, UT, is seeking a Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program.

Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients, creating care plans, delivering skilled interventions, wound care, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and documentation. We offer a supportive team and growth opportunities within a post-acute care environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapist license.
• Open to all experience levels; new grads welcome.
• Utah licensure or eligible.

OUTPATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPIST – FULL TIME

ST. GEORGE REHABILITATION – ST. GEORGE, UT

St. George Rehabilitation in St. George, UT, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist license is required. Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
