Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an initial evaluation.

You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to provide patient care in a SNF setting, with strong written, oral and interpersonal communication to collaborate with patients, families and the treatment team when sharing patient condition

Qualifications

• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care in a SNF setting.
