Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

In a SNF setting, you will provide patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team. Strong communication with patients, families and team members is essential as you administer standardized assessments and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide patient care in a SNF setting following evaluation.
• Experience with administering standardized speech-language assessments and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and progress.

• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
