Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care developed from comprehensive evaluations.

You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide patient care in SNF, communicating effectively with patients, families and the treatment team, and documenting progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with standardized speech/language assessments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and the treatment team.

• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
