Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after assessments.

You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care in a SNF setting and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the treatment team as you monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
