Job summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center in Massachusetts is seeking an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to support infants and toddlers birth to age 3 and their families using family-centered, evidence-based practices.

You will join a collaborative team, provide EI services at home, in the community, and in group settings, and help families develop IFSP goals while maintaining thorough documentation and ongoing professional development.

• Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals
• Provide home, community, and group-based Early Intervention services
• Coach and empower caregivers to support their child's development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EI standards
