Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for full-time and PRN roles in Shoreline, WA. The SLP will work in an in-house rehab program, delivering evaluation and treatment to geriatric patients and contributing to discharge summaries.

Candidates must hold an SLP license; new grads are welcome. Join a values-driven team supporting comprehensive post-acute care in a stable, in-house setting.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST – FULL TIME and PRN – SHORELINE, WA

Our expanding network of in-house therapy Ensign-affiliate operated healthcare facilities is growing, and we are scouting for excellent therapists to join us in Shoreline, WA. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking dedicated Full Time and PRN Speech-Language Pathologists for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• The role involves regular standing and walking throughout the facility and occasional lifting, transferring, and repositioning of patients and equipment. Physical demands vary throughout the day based on patient care needs.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLP s at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
