Flagship Therapy in Carrabelle, FL is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program. You will evaluate and treat patients with communication disorders and related symptoms, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Applicants must hold an SLP license and are welcome at all experience levels, including new grads. This role emphasizes compassionate care within a supportive clinical setting dedicated to geriatric

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment interventions for patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care.
• Stand and walk throughout the facility; assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning as needed.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including exercises and modalities.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory requirements.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST – FULL TIME – CARRABELLE, FL

Our expanding network of in-house therapy Ensign‑affiliate operated healthcare facilities is growing, and we are scouting for excellent therapists to join us in Carrabelle, FL. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking dedicated Full Time Speech‑Language Pathologists for our in‑house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• The role involves regular standing and walking throughout the facility and occasional lifting, transferring, and repositioning of patients and equipment. Physical demands vary throughout the day based on patient care needs.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
