Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, in-person position in Seattle, WA, serving developmental preschool students across two school locations. The role includes preschool diagnostics and collaboration with another SLP for support.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in SLP, WA license or eligibility, and CFY welcome. Benefits include W-2 status and opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in SLP or CSD required.
• Valid WA SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
• WA Educational Staff Associate certificate or eligibility.
• CCC-CF preferred; CFY welcome.
• OSPI fingerprints on file or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and diagnostics.
• Provide individualized and small-group therapy to preschoolers.
• Develop and implement IEP goals based on assessments.
• Prepare evaluation and progress reports and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related services.
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings.
• Track student progress and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and augmentative communication needs.

This assignment will primarily support developmental preschool students across two school locations and includes time dedicated to preschool child-development diagnostic services.
